We turned turbofolk’s explosive energy into ‘turbo verses’ — selling lawnmowers without playing a single note.

Turbofolk—a music genre that dominates charts and streaming metrics from YouTube to Spotify—is heard in every corner of the country where our client operates. Loved by many yet culturally polarizing, its controversial nature keeps it almost entirely absent from advertising.


We decided to keep it that way—at least in sound. Instead of using turbofolk music, we borrowed its unmistakable energy and lyrical punch to create ‘turbo verses’ for a turbo-powered lawnmower. A playful twist that spoke the language of the culture without playing a single note.
